Welcome to Stitch (the "App"). By using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Stitch is an iOS application that provides the following services:

• Parse Threads post links to extract post content
• Generate reply suggestions using artificial intelligence
• Allow users to customize reply tone, attitude, length, emoji, and persona
• Support multi-language reply generation

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Free Trial

New users receive 10 free AI reply generations.

3.2 Pro Subscription

Subscribing to Stitch Pro grants you unlimited AI reply generations. Subscription fees will be charged to your Apple ID account.

3.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

3.4 Refund Policy

All subscription refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

4. Usage Guidelines

When using this App, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the service for any illegal, harmful, or infringing purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the service
• Not abuse or excessively use the service (e.g., automated mass requests)
• Take responsibility for the consequences of using AI-generated content

5. Intellectual Property

This App and all related content, features, and technology are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your input content. You are free to use the reply content generated using this service.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important Notice:

• AI-generated replies are for reference only and do not represent our position or opinions
• AI may produce inaccurate, inappropriate, or controversial content
• Users should review and edit AI-generated content before posting
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, or legality of AI-generated content
• Users bear full responsibility for all content they post (including AI-generated content)

7. Third-Party Services

This App uses the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat: For subscription and in-app purchase management
• Firebase: For analytics and App Check verification

These third-party services have their own terms of service and privacy policies. By using this App, you agree to the terms of these third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• This App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties
• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the past 12 months

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users through in-app notifications or other appropriate means. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction in Taiwan.
